"Tsinghua University Burning Summer School" Dianshi Instrument will bring high-end customized scientific instruments to the scene

The 2024 Tsinghua-Princeton Burning Summer School will be held at Tsinghua University (Classroom 1 Building) from July 7-13. The Tsinghua-Princeton Combustion Summer School is organized by the Combustion Energy Center of Tsinghua University, and the masters participating in the teaching are authoritative figures in various fields of the international combustion academia, most of the students are teachers from the combustion research teams of universities in China and other Asia-Pacific regions, graduate students, and R&D engineers in the fields of engines, oil industry, and energy industry. The Tsinghua-Princeton Combustion Summer School is renowned in the field of combustion in the Asia-Pacific region, and the event aims to promote the sustainable development and international integration of combustion science research in China and the Asia-Pacific region.

Laboratory customized series solutions

1. Desktop heat island

The desktop heat island can build a composite experimental environment, conduct real-time monitoring, observation record and product analysis of the experiment, and obtain key parameters for the study of combustion or pyrolysis characteristics of materials.


2. Constant volume bomb


The constant volume projectile can test the blasting characteristics of materials in composite environment, monitor and observe the experimental process in real time, support data acquisition and product analysis, and be used for laminar combustion, turbulent combustion, one-time combustion and continuous combustion research.


3,Combustion characteristics test system

Combustion characteristics test system can build composite reaction environment (such as methane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, air), with blowing powder combustion simulation, real-time observation, product analysis, fire suppression and other functions, suitable for small-scale flame combustion test of different components.


4, Laser igniter

The laser igniter has the advantages of good cold start performance, adjustable ignition position, controlled ignition time and ignition energy, etc. It is used for thermal runaway, ignition detonation, combustion and other tests of gas, liquid and solid.


5, Flat flame burner

The flat-flame burner can generate one-dimensional gas combustion flame with uniform temperature in the width direction, support the combustion of fuel mixture, and is suitable for mass combustion analysis.


6, Battery comprehensive performance experiment room

The battery comprehensive performance laboratory can realize the coupling of various environmental factors, and carry out multiple kinds of tests on the battery, which is used for the comprehensive performance test of the battery cell and small battery module.


7. Walk-in integrated experimental module

The walk-in integrated laboratory room can build a composite experimental environment for temperature cycle experiments, corrosion resistance experiments, reliability experiments of large parts, and thermal runaway experiments of batteries.
