  Product introduction

The fully charged battery is placed in an environment of 55 ° C ±5 ° C, after the battery surface temperature reaches 55 ° C ±5 ° C, stand for 30 minutes, and then connect the positive and negative electrodes of the battery with a wire, and maintain all external resistance at 80±20mΩ, monitor the battery surface temperature changes during the test, when one of the following two situations occurs, the test is terminated:

(1) The battery surface temperature drops by 20% compared with the peak;

(2) The short connection time reaches 24 hours.

  Product functions

Temperature-controlled battery external short-circuit tester adopts PID automatic control to simulate the external short circuit of the battery. Copper contactor is used as a switching element and thermal relay is used as a protective device. When the circuit breaker is closed, the battery circuit under test is short-circuitated and powerful short circuit current passes through the entire circuit. The battery surface temperature, voltage and current signal detected by Hall element are processed and sent to the computer side, and the software continuously records the battery voltage, current and surface temperature changes.
