Air leakage tester is a high-precision non-destructive airtight testing device, with air as the testing medium, using differential pressure detection method, used for testing the sealing peformance of automotive parts, medical equipment, consumer electronic products, outdoor equipment, laboratory sealing equipment (reactor, vacuum furnace).

▊  Functional characteristics

●Positive Pressure：

Maximum positive test pressure: 300kPa

 pressure building time: ≤20s (volume 1L, pressure 200kPa)

●Negative Pressure：

Minimum test negative pressure: -80kPa,

vacuum time: ≤20s(volume 1L, pressure -50kPa)

●High precision：

Differential pressure method is adopted to measure the principle,

 the measurement accuracy is high, the resolution is 0.1Pa

●Editable parameters：

According to the different volume of the product to be tested, 

different parameters can be set to meet the test requirements of various products

●Multiple communication interfaces：

USB communication interface, nine-pin serial port (RS-232) communication mode, 

easy to integrate in the production line and assembly equipment
