Technological Innovation Boosts "Dual Carbon" Goals! Dianshi Instruments' Turbulent Constant Volume Bomb Efficiently Empowers Premixed Flame Combustion Tests!

更新时间:2025-09-02浏览量:28

The "dual carbon" goals refer to China's commitments to achieving peak carbon emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060, aiming to address climate change and promote the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, primarily carbon dioxide.

To accelerate the realization of the "dual carbon" goals, relevant authorities have introduced implementation plans for key sectors and industries such as energy, industry, and construction, along with supporting measures in areas including technological innovation, fiscal support, statistical accounting, and ecological carbon sinks. Among these, promoting the large-scale adoption of renewable energy and building a clean energy supply system have become crucial strategic initiatives in the energy sector to advance the "dual carbon" agenda.

Before major breakthroughs are achieved in future new energy technologies such as controlled nuclear fusion, clean and low-carbon fossil fuels will continue to play a significant role in the energy transition process.

Natural gas, as an underground mineral resource, is primarily composed of hydrocarbons and non-hydrocarbon gases. Typically, its carbon dioxide emissions per unit of energy are approximately 50% lower than those of coal and 30% lower than those of petroleum, making it a cleaner fossil fuel alternative.

Therefore, it plays a crucial bridging role in the transition from a high-carbon to a low-carbon energy system, which is particularly important for the energy transformation of many developing countries.

Turbulent premixed flames, as a fundamental phenomenon in the field of combustion, are widely present in various combustion devices.

These flames are influenced by multiple factors such as chemical reaction rates, mass diffusion, turbulence, and heat transfer, exhibiting complex nonlinear characteristics. Among these, the strongly nonlinear coupling mechanism between turbulence and flames continuously presents new challenges for in-depth research in the field of combustion science.

To advance research in this field through experimentation, turbulent combustion bomb experimental apparatus can be utilized for conducting turbulent premixed flame combustion tests with natural gas and air.

Dianshi Instruments' independently developed and manufactured turbulent constant-volume bomb can create a turbulent environment, making it suitable for studying premixed flame combustion, aerosol spray combustion, and other experiments. It enables real-time monitoring and observation of experimental processes while supporting data acquisition and product analysis.

The customized turbulent constant-volume bomb equipment developed by Dianshi Instruments can be applied to various combustion experiments, including turbulent combustion, spray combustion, and jet combustion. It offers several technical advantages:

• Turbulence Environment Simulation: The constant-volume bomb chamber is equipped with fans to generate turbulent conditions, while heating wires allow for adjustable ambient temperatures. This enables simulation of high-temperature, high-pressure, and turbulent atmospheres.

• Atmosphere Environment Simulation: Featuring electric spark ignition and five gas inlets, the chamber can replicate various atmospheric conditions.
• Visual Observation and Monitoring: Multiple Φ60mm observation windows enable detailed recording of the combustion process.
• Intelligent Analysis Module: The chamber is fitted with pressure sensors and thermocouples for real-time data acquisition and analysis, ensuring experimental conditions closely align with requirements and enhancing data accuracy and analytical efficiency.
• Precision Customization: Dianshi offers tailored solutions for auxiliary systems such as process monitoring alarms and control systems, based on specific client needs for the constant-volume bomb apparatus.
