  Product introduction

A new generation of fully automated, visualised, fixed-volume test cells for ultra-low temperatures | unlocking new possibilities for research in extreme environments. Suitable for experiments involving solids, liquids and gases in all states, these test cells combine ultra-low temperature capabilities, high-definition visualisation, full automation and high safety standards,designed specifically for research in extreme environments, they fill a gap in the market for automated, visualised ultra-low temperature testing, providing a one-stop solution for sectors including internal combustion engines, new energy, aerospace and energetic materials.

▊  Functional characteristics

Ultra-low temperature wide-range temperature control:

Precise temperature control from -140°C to room temperature, with liquid nitrogen direct injection/bath cooling,perfectly replicating extreme cold conditions.

High-definition, frost-free viewing:

High-transparency optical window + automatic anti-fogging, compatible with high-speed photography/PLIF/PIV,clearly capturing microscopic processes such as gas combustion, solid phase transitions and spray atomisation.

Fully intelligent automation:

Fully automated vacuum pumping → gas mixing → temperature control → pressure control → data acquisition; supports remote programming, minimising human error and enhancing experimental efficiency.

High-Pressure Safety and Reliability:

304/316L stainless steel chamber, with a maximum pressure rating of 10 MPa; multiple safety interlocks and automatic alarm for anomalies ensure experimental safety.
