Clean energy key laboratory construction project

【Project context】

Green and low carbon is the strategic direction of China's energy transformation, and bioenergy represented by biofuels is a national strategic emerging industry. However, the development of renewable advanced biological liquid fuel is relatively lagging behind, which is the outstanding short board of the current energy transformation. Compared with other renewable energy sources, bio-liquid fuel has the advantages of environmental friendliness, outstanding calorific value advantages, and adaptability advantages of engines and refinery units, and is the simplest and most effective form of energy to supplement and replace petroleum products. The development of bio-liquid fuel is of great significance to help carbon reduction supplement oil demand and ensure energy security.



【Project task】

A key laboratory of clean energy in a university has always aimed at the frontier topic of "clean energy development and comprehensive utilization", closely focused on the development of advanced biomass bio-aviation fuel technology, and made a series of breakthroughs in the comprehensive utilization technology of biomass energy, new technology of biomass-based aviation fuel production, and clean coal combustion technology. Recently, the university's key Laboratory of Clean Energy plans to focus on the ignition and combustion performance of biological liquid fuel, which needs to test the combustion performance of biological liquid fuel after ignition in a specified way in a special environment, and analyze the gas/solid products.

【Basis for cooperation】

Focusing on intelligent laboratory construction and service, Point Stone Instrument has provided system solutions for the construction of State Key Laboratory of Fire Science, energy storage laboratory and space laboratory, and successfully delivered a series of laboratory equipment such as space environment simulation device, heat island, constant volume bomb, closed explosive device, forest fire wind tunnel experiment platform, etc. We have accumulated rich practical experience in the research and development, design and manufacturing of customized scientific research instruments, and our products are widely used in aerospace, national defense, fire safety, material synthesis and other fields.


【Deliverables】

In response to this cooperation, Dianshi Instrument tailor-made a customized biomass liquid fuel combustion performance test equipment for the customer team - constant-volume combustion experiment platform G05P5.



Detail presentation

(1) There is a laser ignition device embedded on the left side, which can be used for one-click ignition and easy operation.

(2) Set up 4 groups of sampling devices for the collection and analysis of body products at different periods during the test.
(3) Using PLC control system, can achieve remote control; Using the combination of buttons and touch screen to control, safe and reliable.
