Laser igniter DS-4000 is a kindling and detonating device customized by Dianshi Instrument based on the experimental requirements of cooperative customers. It can emit a pulsed laser wavelength of 1064±5nm, providing an ideal high-power laser energy source for igniting refractory substances. Laser ignition is a non-contact ignition, with the advantages of good cold start performance, adjustable ignition position, ignition time and energy control.



What are the functional features of the laser igniter DS-4000?

(1) Laser ignition is non-contact ignition, with high ignition reliability and long service life; The device structure and ignition process are simple; Strong flexibility, can be used alone or combined with equipment; Simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance. How to operate the laser igniter?

(1) the laser is fixed on the tripod;
(2) Connect the 24VDC power supply to the laser power line (positive electrode corresponds to red, ground wire connects to yellow-green, negative electrode connects to blue);
(3) The red focus of the laser is directed at the material to be ignited;
(4) The laser can be operated after preheating for 120 seconds;
(5) Press the ignition button until the material is ignited and released;
(6) After completing the operation, turn off the 24VDC power supply.


What should I pay attention to when operating a laser igniter?

(1) Protect your eyes
Operators should wear laser protective clothing and protective eyewear; There are often unexpected reflected light into the eye. Therefore, we should pay great attention to the direction of the emitted light, and at the same time identify the existence of things such as reflective walls to avoid exposing the eyes and body to the possible transmission of the laser light.
(2) Pay attention to the environment
The humidity and dust in the air can not be too large, there can not be a strong source of interference and vibration sources, the use of the equipment is best to ensure a separate closed working room, to ensure that the indoor temperature is stable, the conditions are best to install air conditioning or placed in a constant temperature and humidity dust-free room, do not let the laser leakage.
(3) Maintain cleanliness
All kinds of laser optical lenses and lens surfaces on the equipment are strictly prohibited from touching with hands, cotton yarn or hard objects, and it is also strictly prohibited to blow air on the light elements with your mouth. In case of contamination, use long fiber absorbent cotton or dust-free lens paper to dip special cleaning liquid gently and wipe.
