The customized ammonia gas secondary burner of Dianshi Instruments was successfully delivered to Huazhong University

Recently, the customized ammonia gas secondary burner independently developed and produced by Dianshi Instruments was successfully delivered to Huazhong University. This achievement is the first of its kind in China, filling the gap in related technologies and products and demonstrating remarkable innovation.


 

This equipment is specially designed to optimize the ammonia fuel combustion process of the cooperative units. Its core lies in the adoption of a two-stage combustion strategy: the flue gas generated by the first-stage combustion enters the second stage in a closed state and achieves secondary combustion in a standard gas flame environment. This principle effectively overcomes the technical problems of slow combustion speed, poor stability and high nitrogen oxide emissions of ammonia gas.


 

The customized ammonia secondary burner of Dianshi Instruments features six major design highlights:

1、Automatic ignition: The bottom burner is equipped with ignition electrodes. After the three gas channels are mixed, they enter the chamber. Clicking the ignition button on the screen will automatically ignite them, significantly improving the experimental efficiency.



2、Precise proportioning: The mixing ratio and uniformity of the three gas channels can be precisely controlled to ensure that ammonia/air/acetylene are fully mixed and the concentration is controllable, guaranteeing stable and efficient combustion.



3、Experimental observation: An observation window is provided, which facilitates the study of the ignition and combustion characteristics of the mixed gas and the real-time recording of the reaction process.



4、Flexible and adjustable: The height of the middle combustion chamber can be flexibly adjusted according to the experimental requirements.



5、Water-cooling temperature reduction: Place a water jacket outside the combustion chamber and connect the water pipe to achieve water cooling, preventing the shell from overheating and significantly extending the service life of the equipment.
